Some Tips

Japanese and English resumes, both will be different versions, not just word differences. Japanese resume will follow some traditional format. Entry Sheet (not sure what this is) Don't find a job because others are doing so or others have jobs. You can do research too if you find it interesting.

Preparation

  • Collect information of companies, like deadlines for positions.
  • Prepare resume and technical interviews.
  • Summarize my experience from high school.

Interview

  • Technical questions
  • Behavioral questions Technical questions include algorithms, data structures and other knowledge questions. Use LeetCode. For behavioral questions, recommend look at Amazon's LPs. Use real stories, don't lie cuz interviewers will know.

Offer Meeting and Selections

Can negotiate salary/offer with recruiter if have offer from another company. Ask other questions like overtime working, 福利, etc.
